7’: Trossard and March link up nicely. Trossard crosses the ball into the area and Lamptey gets on the end of it but it’s cleared.

11’: Kouyate and Burn are having words before the corner is taken and it’s delayed the corner.
12’: March delivers the corner. It punched out and Bissouma has a shot but it’s just wide of the post.
14’: Guaita catches Bissouma’s cross to Lamptey.

29’: Townsend crosses the free kick in and it’s well defended by Burn who clears it for a Palace corner.
30’: Lallana is fouled by McArthur.
31’: Burn wins the ball back and plays it to Maupay and Kouyate is fouled after winning it back.
36’: Zaha defends well and it’s off Lamptey for a goal kick.
38’: Lallana fouls Riedewald.
41’: Mitchell is fouled.
43’: Free kick for Brighton and it’s straight to Schlupp after a deflection and the Eagle’s counter attack is on. Bissouma gets a tactical yellow card.
44’: March gives away a free kick in Palace’s own half.

Half-time: A game that was dominated by a penalty. Brighton were the better side, they created more chances. The Eagles were awarded a penalty that could be argued was very not a penalty. After the penalty decision, Palace grew into the game and they looked threatening on the counter attack.
45’: We’re underway for the second half.
46’: Lamptey and Guaita are down.
48’: They are both up and look okay.
49’: Maupay‘s turns and kicks the ball but Guaita holds it. McArthur is down.

Full-time: A hard fought draw for both sides. Brighton were good going forward but their efficiency is what cost them. Mac Allister had a good impact on the game. Crystal Palace were excellent defensively.
